The Minnesota Bankers Association offers a four-volume set of Lending Procedures Manuals which provide compliance information on both federal and state laws affecting banks. The set includes:

These manuals are available in a PDF, downloaded from our website, which allows banks to load the manuals on their computer network, making them accessible to everyone at their location. The manuals are updated as needed.

Cost for PDF download:

• Complete set of four: $700, plus tax, for MBA members; $1,400 for eligible non-members, plus an annual update fee
• Individual manuals: $200, plus tax, for MBA members; $400 for eligible non-members, plus an annual update fee
