Who Should Participate
This workshop is geared toward new Ag Loan Officers interested in utilizing the FSA Guaranteed Loan program and experienced Ag Loan Officers that have limited experience with FSA guarantees. Attendees from FSA-certified lenders will be designated as new Qualified Person Loan Officers. This workshop is also appropriate for support personnel who are heavily involved in FSA guaranteed loan processing.
Attendance at this training will also meet FSA annual training requirements for PLP and CLP loan officers.
This webinar will be held via Zoom. Attend virtually from the comfort of your home or office! You will receive the webinar link the day prior to the webinar. Presenters
Brian Hartman is the Farm Loan Chief for the Farm Service Agency in St. Paul. He manages the FSA loan programs in Minnesota. Mr. Hartman has over 37 years of lending experience, with the past 29 as a member of the State Office Farm Loan team.
Lauren Carlson is a Farm Loan Program Specialist for the Farm Service Agency in St. Paul. She provides technical assistance to field offices and lenders, assists in policy development, and conducts training on FSA loan programs. Mrs. Carlson has worked in the delivery of FSA loan programs for four years.

Cancellation Policy
The MBA reserves the right to cancel programs due to insufficient enrollment, instructor illness, or other reasons. Participants wishing to cancel must inform the MBA in writing prior to the event. Send cancellation notices tomaryh@minnbankers.com. A cancellation fee of 25% of the program cost will be charged for withdrawing, or you may send a substitute. The full program fee will be charged for withdrawing after the event has taken place or a no-show.
