This session will cover the regulations surrounding fair lending and how banks can equip themselves to limit their fair lending risk. We will discuss the obvious and subtle types of discrimination that can creep into your organization and how business lines are affected differently. We will also cover components of a fair lending risk assessment and how to implement a self-monitoring program in your organization, as well as outline the challenges surrounding a wider cyber audience, the use of social media and what this means for your marketing efforts.
