Who Should Participate

This workshop has been specifically developed for the experienced compliance professional who requires the most up-to-date information affecting bank compliance. Attendees should have at least one year of compliance experience and/or have attended the basic compliance school.

Make your attendance count towards your continuing professional education credits! The MBA will provide a certificate of attendance for 13 credit hours which you can submit to the appropriate advisory board.

Jerod has spoken on behalf of the American Bankers’ Association, BankersOnline, many state banking associations, private compliance groups and financial institutions. He is a Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM) and BankersOnline Guru.

Cancellation Policy

The MBA reserves the right to cancel programs due to insufficient enrollment, instructor illness, or other reasons. Participants wishing to cancel must inform the MBA in writing prior to the event. Send cancellation notices to A cancellation fee of 25% of the program cost will be charged for withdrawing, or you may send a substitute. The full program fee will be charged for withdrawing after the event has taken place or a no-show.
