A lover of small Minnesota towns and big ideas, Doug's overarching mission was to give every regional citizen a chance at his or her best life. Doug retired in 2003 after 21 years as president of the Redwood Falls Minnwest Bank, which during his tenure grew from $62 million to over $200 million with the development of six branches.
