Job Description

We are seeking an Associate Attorney in our downtown Minneapolis office to practice in the area of commercial lending. Successful candidates will have at least 2-3 years of substantive experience in commercial lending transactions, including drafting and negotiating loan documentation, title and survey review, and reviewing due diligence materials. Candidates should also have substantive experience in construction and development financing, revolving lines of credit and other alternative financing mechanisms, with exposure to low income housing tax credit financing and tax exempt bonds being a plus. We are looking for a highly motivated individual with excellent interpersonal, analytical, and drafting skills, along with the ability to prioritize, multi-task and work in a fast paced environment. Attention to detail and flexibility is required.

Salary Range: $150,000 - $210,000
