Compensation & Benefits Survey
Each year, the Minnesota Bankers Association requests data from each member bank on their compensation and benefits structure at their organization. This data is confidentially collected and administered from an outside administrator. This data allows the bankers in the state to compare their compensation and benefits each year with other banks similar in bank/location asset size or banks within a particular regional area. This survey continues to be the number one resource for bank owners, managers and human resource professionals in obtaining up-to-date information on today’s marketplace.

Bank Directory
The MBA and M. Lee Smith Publishers have teamed up to provide you with a complete listing of banks, bank officers and directors, in addition to bank financial highlights. Each bank entry has information such as the bank name, address, telephone and fax numbers.
Also, in addition to the alphabetical listing of Minnesota banks by town, a special MBA section of the directory includes: the MBA Board of Directors, MBA staff, a listing of MBA committees and task forces; associate members by categories, and a district list containing cities, banks, and board representatives for all member banks. A separate section on non-bank competitors is included in the back of the directory.
