In-Bank Training The MBA can provide in-bank training resources to customize high value education for your employees. We can either work with you to find an instructor to fit your needs for a live class in your bank, or help you locate cost effective DVD, video, online or print training resources you can utilize in your bank. Hire an Outside Speaker for In-Bank Training: You pick the topic, time and place and we’ll help you select the best instructor for your training topics and prepare the materials. Prices vary depending on the speaker, travel expenses, materials and program length. An approximate MBA member cost for a full-day program is about $175-$195 per person (a 20 person minimum is recommended) and speaker travel expenses. On-Staff Instructor: This option allows a supervisor from your bank the opportunity to teach their own employees. Utilize print materials such as AIB textbooks, the I.D. Checking Guide, the Robbery Security Pack and Procedure Cards, or Compliance Companions to teach staff. Click here for information on AIB textbooks and click here for security products. Blended Training: Blended learning employs multiple delivery modes to optimize training. Use an online class, DVD, or video with a print based resource to maximize learning and retention of information. If you need to train fraud prevention and detection you could use one of BAI’s online fraud programs combined with MBA’s Senior Fraud Prevention Kit. Use a webinar or AIB materials to supplement your own bank materials. The GSB and other MBA webinars provide a great training opportunity for your staff with one fee for an unlimited amount of participants at one location.
