  • Email my password/Member login

Our site has areas only for members. You will need a password and login to access these pages. If you have forgotten your password or are logging in for the first time, at the login screen click 'Reset my Password'.  Enter your email address in the space provided and then click submit.  If we have your email address on file, in a few moments you will receive your login/password information.  If your email address is not on file please send an email to membership@minnbankers.com.  Please be sure to include your first and last name, bank or company name, address, and phone number so that we can update the correct record.

  • How to change your login/password

Once you have successfully logged in to the site, on the left side index you will see a heading called 'Profile'.  Click on 'Security' and the 'Security Edit' window will be displayed.  Make your changes to 'Login', 'Password',' 'Verify Password' and then click submit.  The next time you login to the site use this 'new login/password' combination.

  • How to edit your personal record

You can help us maintain current information on your record. Under 'Profile' click on your name then select 'Edit'.  Please verify that your personal information and email address are correct and if needed make changes.  Once completed, click 'Submit'.

  • Understanding cookies

Our Member Site stores information in a small text file, called a "cookie," on your hard disk.  Cookies contain information about you enabling you to access the site, view information and make changes to your personal information.

  • Browser Settings - Internet Explorer

If you are having difficulty viewing our site, please check your settings: (verify the following settings)
Tools>>Internet Options>>Temporary Internet Files>>Settings
  Check for newer versions of stored pages: Every visit to the page
  Click OK, Apply   Close Internet Options Window

Tools>>Internet Options>>Security>>Internet (click on Custom Level)
  scroll down until you see 'Cookies' then enable the following
    Allow Cookies that are stored on your Computer - Enable or Prompt
    Allow per-session cookies (not stored) - Enable or Prompt
    Click OK, Apply   Close Internet Options Window

  Cookies: enable 'Accept all cookies' Click OK

Edit>>Preferences>>Cache
  Document in cache is compared to document on network: enable 'Once per session'  Click OK

  • How to download a Legal Manual

If you have a current subscription to the computer version of any legal manual (Deposit Accounts Manual, Lending Manuals, Record Retention Manual, or Safe Deposit Manual) log in to the MBA site.  Once you have successfully logged in to the site, click the 'download' link found in the left side index.
