This position is located at our main branch, in Northfield, MN and provides loan support for the consumer, commercial and mortgage loan departments. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Reviewing daily, weekly and monthly loan reports
- Preparing loan documents
- Balancing applicable loan related general ledger accounts
- Completing research related to loans
- Processing credit life insurance policies and real estate escrow payments
- Handling all loan related questions and requests
- Boarding loans on to the Core system
- Scan loan files
- Providing excellent customer service to both internal and external customers
