F &M Bank has a full-time, Cash Management opportunity, in the Vadnais Heights and Lino Lakes locations. We are looking for an individual who is accurate, quick to learn and takes pride in serving both external and internal customers.

Related customer service experience is a plus. A full benefits package is available including paid time off, holidays, 401(K) and profit sharing.

If you are a supportive client expert in the following areas, this position is for you: ACH, wire, remote deposit, merchant processing, Bill Pay, credit cards, Internet banking, transfers, etc.

Education & Experience

3-5 years of combined bank related experience in Cash Management. The following competencies are critical to your success:

Communication: Excellent oral and written communication skills. Enjoys interacting with clients and maintaining an active presence in our community.

Time Management: The ability to prioritize, plan work activities, and react quickly to meet time-sensitive deadlines.

Team-building: Thrives in a environment where team members rely on each other and contribute to the success of the team.

Customer Service: Provides service that sets F&M Bank apart and Exceeds Client Expectations.

Highly Accurate and Organized: Ability to manage the needs of multiple clients efficiently.

Adaptability: Ability to react to change and unexpected situations.
