This position is responsible for managing a full-service retail banking office while proactively leading the development and implementation of Eagle Bank’s strategic plan at the Elbow Lake location. This includes engaging and motivating staff with visionary leadership, developing an effective culture, achieving short and long term financial objectives, anticipating and responding to industry trends, and participating in civic and community activities.

Responsibilities:

• Represent Eagle Bank in the community
• Oversee all aspects of the banking center
• Develop new business with a wide variety of loans, lines of credit and deposits
• Maintain branch profitability and growth
• Manage and lead others to achieve desired results
• Complete annual performance review with branch staff

Qualifications:

• Possess an Agricultural background with an understanding of farm production management
• Sales ability with excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Adheres to all bank procedures, regulations (state and federal) and internal policies

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
• Previous experience in banking or financial industry preferred
• Exposure to commercial and agricultural lending, with a focus on agriculture preferred
