This position will create new loan relationships as well as manage and expand existing bank relationships.

The ideal candidate must have an agriculture background. Business development/sales skills and lending experience are preferred, but not required as we are willing to train the right candidate. In addition, the ideal candidate would have the ability and desire to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and be actively involved in our community and in our market area.
