Job Type: Full Time Hourly
Location: New Brighton, MN
Hours: 40 hours per week. Monday-Friday.

Position Responsibilities: Include working directly with the commercial loan officer and borrower to gather necessary information to prioritize and prepare loan committee credit presentations. Analyzes the need for lien searches, flood certifications, environment reports, appraisals, and credit bureaus. Prepares requests for loan documentation and clears any pre-closing exceptions. Works together with 3 commercial lenders and develops relationships with the customers. If you enjoy working with people, you will enjoy working with our customers with the ability to work remote 1 day per week.

Working Conditions: Normal office environment

Education: Bachelor’s degree, with emphasis in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or other related field; or 2-year Associates Degree with a minimum of 2 years of other work-related experience; or 4-years of banking related work experience.

Experience: Qualified candidates should have a minimum of 2 years banking experience, preferably with loan documentation, excellent customer service skills, and effective communication skills. Accuracy and detail oriented are of high importance.
