MBA is seeking an attorney to research and monitor legal, regulatory, and legislative issues affecting banks. This candidate will assist the General Counsel in researching bankers’ questions, writing bank manuals and bulletins, working with bank committee groups and much more.

Position requires JD Degree, licensure in MN and minimum of 3-5 yrs. banking experience. Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Minnesota Bankers Association, located in Eden Prairie, is the largest not-for-profit bank trade association in the state on MN and provides support to over 95% of the banks throughout the state. We offer legal, education, government relations, and multiple products and services to the bankers in the state.
