Originates and services real estate loans with overall responsibility of their real estate loan portfolio. Involved in cross-selling bank services and sales referrals. Shares responsibility for loan compliance issues in department with a more active role in the residential real estate compliance area. Involved in the regulatory guidance areas for all residential lending and working with immediate supervisor to support the overall goal of meeting on going regulatory compliance in this area of lending. Provides internal customer service by assisting other Loan Department staff. Performs duties with minimal supervision.

Bachelor’s Degree with basic knowledge or training in business, finance, or accounting
Over 3 years credit or banking experience is preferred
