A 2-year technical degree/diploma or Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Business, Economics, or Finance.
Experience:
- Recent technical or college graduates or soon to graduate candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Two or more years experience in commercial real estate appraisal review and/or commercial credit analysis preferred.
- Strong understanding of financial statement analysis and familiarity with real estate appraisals and evaluations.
- Proficient computer skills with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word. This position will also work heavily with financial spreading software, Fiserv, and various websites.
- Must have the ability to prioritize work load, work independently, with a high level of accuracy, and timeliness.
| H-7343 | American National Bank of MN is seeking a full time Credit Analyst, reporting directly to the Senior Credit Officer of ANBM. This position is a centralized Credit Analyst located at the Bank ' s Corporate Office in Brainerd, MN it involves assisting branches with credit risk management including detailed real estate and credit analysis, support for branches and Senior Credit Officer as well as prepares loan requests, annual loan reviews, analyzes financials, reviews appraisals, and prepares real estate evaluations.
Primary Duties:
- Credit Analysis for branches; including but not limited to spreading financials, financial/credit analysis, preparation of loan requests and loan relationship reviews, assisting with monitoring credit risk, and assisting with various portfolio management functions as needed.
- Appraisal Reviewer duties: preparing real estate evaluations and reviewing appraisals for various types of real estate properties.
- Assist with various Credit Administration functions as needed.
