As the Market President, provides planning, strategic direction, organization and evaluation of commercial and branch initiatives for the Brainerd Minnesota area. Implements measurable branch objectives which support the overall goals and objectives of the organization. Leads and manages the Brainerd Branch and Commercial Banking team guiding the team to overall branch objectives. Manages their own commercial/ag banking relationships and coordinates business development efforts with designated personnel within the organization. Coordinates market growth and retention strategies with President/CEO, Sales & Marketing Officer, and support staff with overall efforts so results are achieved through various lines of business activities. Works with President/CEO on strategic planning, business growth and retention, and other assigned project management.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or a minimum of 10 years of experience in Commercial Banking/Lending serving in a role as a senior lender or senior business banking officer with management responsibilities; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
