We have a great opportunity for a hard working individual to join our team as a Universal Teller at our Coon Rapids office. If you enjoy working with people, you will enjoy working with our customers. You will get to know them quite well since some of them visit us 2-3 times per week.

POSITION SUMMARY

Assist customers with teller responsibilities and back-up the relationship bankers to provide individualized and comprehensive services to retail and commercial customers. Interview customers to learn of their banking needs. Recommend appropriate services with prompt and courteous service. Comply with bank policies and procedures. Assists with all operational and functional needs of the department.

Education & Experience

Qualified candidates should have teller experience, excellent communication skills, customer service skills and accuracy in handling cash. The Universal Teller position requires at least a high school diploma. Starting pay is between $18 and $22/hour, depending upon experience.
