field.
- 4 years banking experience

for a leadership position and is in search of a Senior
Operations Manager. At this leadership position, you
will lead the bank Operations activities including
deposits, ACH, digital banking services and support. You
will also nurture the success and advancement of staff in
ensuring an outstanding experience for the customer.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Managing tellers and operations team. Effectively
coach operations team by clearly communicating
expectations.
- ACH origination/policy/exams
- Compliance for operations and lending
- Internal control procedures, policies and daily
review
- Conducting staff training for operations
procedures, products and compliance
- General knowledge of bank information technology
- Experience preferred (not required) with Fiserv
banking software
