    Job Description


North American Banking Company has been serving Twin Cities communities since 1998, help us continue to build new and lasting personal and business relationships as a Loan Processor in our Woodbury branch.

Job Responsibilities

This job supports our commercial and retail lending staff and is responsible for the following:

  • Order and review credit reports, flood determinations, UCC searches, O&E reports, title commitments.
  • Prepares necessary retail and commercial loan documentation through Laser Pro software. This includes new, renewed and modified documents for commercial and consumer loans. Loan types include secured and unsecured loans, lines of credit, construction loans, letters of credit, and participation loans.
  • Inputs loans on Navigator software ensuring accuracy and completeness in required fields.
  • Organizes commercial and retail online files and follows up with any missing documentation items.
  • Ensure collateral liens are recorded and received.
  • Process requests for loan advances, payments, wire transfers, payoffs and payments from escrow accounts.
  • Update ticklers for financial information received.
  • Performs file maintenance review.
  • Processes paid notes including the release of collateral liens.
  • Conducts bi-annual audit of the collateral box.
  • Provides excellent customer service to internal and external clients.
  • Handle special department projects as assigned.

    Education & Experience


Successful candidates will have:

  • 1 year of Commercial/Retail loan administration and documentation experience
  • Experience with Laser Pro software, preferred
  • Experience with Navigator software, preferred
  • Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks while maintaining strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge of applicable bank compliance policies; Bank Secrecy Act, Flood, Fair Credit Act, Regulation E, Regulation DD, Regulation Z, TRID, RESPA and HMDA.
