Job Description

Accountable To: SVP Business Services Lead
Status: Exempt

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Business Services Analyst team
  • Provide mentorship, training and coaching to team members, including delivering regular performance feedback
  • Hold team accountable to service and productivity metrics, as designated by the department scorecard
  • Provide input to the SVP regarding scorecard metrics and team delivery
  • Work on cost comparisons, proposals and timelines
  • Provide monthly reports for Business Services Sales team as requested
  • Provide client support, relationship management and onboarding of new clients
  • Serve as a client resource when the sales team is unavailable
  • Assist with general banking and Business Services questions
  • Attend prospect and client meetings, reviews, etc as appropriate
  • Support onboarding of complex Business Services relationships
  • Serve as a liaison between Business Services Sales and other BWB departments
  • Work with Business Services Sales to gather paperwork

Education & Experience

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of banking/financial services experience
  • Prior management experience preferred
  • Knowledge of Windows Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Access, etc.)Attention to detail with professional organizational, written, and communication skills
  • Client facing experience required
