Job Description

Accountable To: Senior Vice President of Enterprise Risk Management
Status: Exempt

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the Chief Risk Officer and the SVP of ERM in continuous improvement of the ERM Framework driving cross function collaboration around the measuring, monitoring, and mitigation of risks
  • Develop, enhance, and maintain Risk reporting for Enterprise Risk Management Committee, the Senior Leadership Team, and the Board of Directors
  • Develop, enhance, and maintain a Key Risk Indicator framework and reporting
  • Actively partner cross-functionally, specifically with Technology and Finance to ensure Risk’s data needs are met and proper data governance is created and maintained
  • Enhance and maintain the bank’s ability to track any outstanding findings, issues, or observations from external and internal assurance and oversight groups
  • Aid in the enhancement of the bank’s GRC solution to enable broader user adoption and efficiency Other duties as assigned

Education & Experience

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s in Risk Management, Finance, Economics, or another business-related field2+ years of banking or finance related experience
  • Experience using structured and unstructured data to compile analyses within data visualization tools
  • Proficiency in O365 and other Microsoft applications
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail, critical thinking ability, and accuracy
