Job Description

Accountable To: Business Services Manager
Status: Non-Exempt

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with incoming calls and emails regarding business services products including Commercial Online Banking (“The Bridge”), Mobile Banking, Mobile Capture, ACH Origination, Remote Deposit Capture, Online Wire Services, Check Positive Pay, ACH Filter and Business Bill Pay
  • Provide clients and bank staff with responsive support and accurate service
  • Resolve product or service issues by fully understanding the request, determining and explaining the solution, and following up to ensure a full resolution
  • Ensure all Business Services clients receive a positive client experience
  • Monitor and document client’s daily support needs, identify and communicate trends to manager
  • Scan and file appropriate business services related documentation into Bridgewater’s internal record retention system
  • Maintain up to date knowledge of all Business Services products system functionality
  • Monitor, review and update several reports including but not limited to transfers, address updates and email address information ensuring accuracy and successful processing
  • Process mobile and ACH limit change requests and approvals in accordance with the Business Services practices

Education & Experience

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years related cash management experience
  • Superior customer services skills
  • Excellent organizational, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Exceptional time-management skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize efficiently to ensure critical deadlines are met
  • Ability to identify and resolve problems effectively
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Knowledge of Cash Management products
  • Knowledge of Fiserv software preferred
