The Compliance Officer is responsible for administering all aspects of the Bank’s Compliance Management Program. This position plans, organizes, and controls the Bank's overall compliance activities, including CRA, and will collaborate with each department within the Bank in the overall administration of these directives. Advises the Board of Directors, Senior Management and Bank personnel of emerging compliance matters and consults and guides the Bank in the establishment of controls to manage compliance risks.
Conducts and schedules all required compliance training, including for new employees. Plans, schedules, and conducts internal audits according the internal audit schedule. The individual will serve as CRA Officer and support the internal audit department for Flagship Bank Minnesota, and its affiliate. This position is critical to the Bank and requires exceptional judgment, ability to prioritize duties and exceptional organizational skills.
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
