Duties:

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Develop quality loan portfolio and build strong banking relationships.
Active participant in loan related committees, bank planning, programs, and community organizations.
Ensures compliance to policies, approval guidelines and banking regulations.
Prospect for additional cross sell opportunities.

Ability to properly use correct banking forms and paperwork when required
Desire to improve and develop new processes and ideas related to daily banking tasks

Schedule:

• 8 hour day
• Monday to Friday

Work Location:

Kiester, Wells and in-the-field locations

Preferably a degree in related field and 3 years in commercial and/or agricultural lending
