You are responsible for retaining, expanding & attracting clients with an existing business/agriculture loan portfolio with responsibility to generate high quality new loan & deposit services relationships for the bank. Within the portfolio managed, you will be responsible for credit decisions (within authority guidelines), overall credit quality, fee income, & the goal of helping each client meet the objectives of their personal & professional full financial health with the promotion of Profinium Wealth Planning (Trust & Investments Services), Profinium Mortgage, & Profinium Insurance. You make recommendations for improving banking functions & creating an AMAZING client experience.

• 4 year degree in business administration or related field.
• 3-5 years' experience in lending in a community bank, preferred
• Mastered knowledge of related state & federal banking compliance regulations, & other organizational operational policies & ability to work well with regulatory agency personnel.
• Mastered knowledge of general accounting, budgeting, & related accounting & recordkeeping systems in a financial institution.
