Job Description

Frandsen Bank & Trust is a growing company looking for a full-time CSR Supervisor for our Jordan, MN office. The CSR Supervisor is responsible for the oversight and performance of the customer service department. In addition to managing the day to day activities of the customer service department, responsibilities will include handling routine financial transactions while ensuring a positive interaction with customers/non-customers; handling customer inquiries and research; FB&T product knowledge and cross selling product as appropriate.

The qualified individual will provide professional, superior customer service to both internal and external customers. A pleasant disposition and ability to communicate clearly and effectively to new and existing customers is a must. Candidate must have an eye for detail, work efficiently and cooperatively, and be flexible. A minimum of two years of bank teller experience is required.
