Job Description

Frandsen Bank & Trust seeks a full-time Personal Banker for our Jordan, MN office. The qualified individual will have a minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in personal banking or as a customer service representative. Responsibilities will include, but not limited to, ability to acquire new business, expand current relationships, manage existing customer relationships, assist customers with consumer loan requests, provide extensive personalized service to depositors, assist with opening all types of accounts and performing deposit account maintenance, and cross-sell our wide range of banking products. This position will also assist other financial institution staff with waiting on customers, answering phones and performing teller transactions.

Attributes of the successful candidate will include the ability to work independently, be outgoing, personable and professional presenting bank products and services to prospective and existing clients. Strong communications, sales and service skills and consumer loan experience is required.
