Job Description

This Officer position is responsible for the overall day-to-day operation of the Location. This is accomplished by managing Retail Banking employees within the Location, establishing and maintaining customer relationships, and actively pursuing and providing referrals to the other business lines. This individual will conduct business job duties and responsibilities within bank policy and in compliance with banking regulations.

Responsibilities:

  • Deposit and Loan Growth
  • Sales Management and Customer Service
  • Lead, Manage, and Hold Accountable (LMA)
  • Location Operation and Administration
  • Hire, train, develop and supervise Universal Bankers

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Business Development Experience
  • Strong knowledge of all bank products and services
  • Must be a self-starter and able to work with minimal supervision and have the ability to travel
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales and fee income goals
  • Current registration in the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS); or ability to be registered

Education & Experience

  • High School degree or equivalent
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 5+ years banking experience, preferably in a lending capacity and 1-2 years management experience
