Job Description

SUMMARY

As a Consumer Loan Processor you would be based out of our Elk River, MN headquarters and work with a centralized team that supports a dynamic and growing institution. Your primary goals are to provide support to the Bank’s consumer loan originators in document preparation, loan workflow monitoring, and life of loan process management in both real estate and non-real estate loan products. Providing exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers is key to success in this position.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Prepares real estate and non-real estate loan documents from application to loan closing and funding.
  • Facilitates all post-closing file maintenance and collateral management.
  • Provides external customer service to support customer inquiries on payments, loan maintenance, and collateral monitoring.
  • Assists the lenders in the tracking and monitoring of portfolios on an ongoing basis for compliance and documentation integrity.

Education & Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 2+ years job related experience required.
  • Experience with Jack Henry OnBoard loan platform highly desirable.
  • Two year or four year degree preferred.
