This position provides support in the execution of the Bank’s Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) and Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) compliance program.
Responsibilities:
Conduct monitoring and analysis activities associated with BSA and OFAC compliance, making risk-based decisions on a timely basis. Includes, as assigned:
Suspicious activity alerts
314(a)
Identify and prepare Currency Transaction Reports
Monitor Monetary Instrument Log for suspicious activity
Identify exempt customers; prepare exemption and revocation reports
Maintain ATM and MSB client listing and ensure initial and annual questionnaires received
Identify HIDTA/HIFCA customers and maintain tracking
Ensure suspicious activity alerts assigned remain risk based and identify new alerts
Draft or revise procedures related to tasks performed
Back up as needed for other BSA and OFAC functions including:
Customer Due Diligence
Enhanced Due Diligence
Decision potential OFAC matches
Maintain current knowledge of all applicable BSA and OFAC statutes, regulations and interpretations
Qualifications:
- 1 to 3 years of BSA experience
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail, critical thinking ability, and accuracy
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook
- Fiserv Financial Crime Risk Management (FCRM) experience preferred
