Candidates must possess the above qualities as well as proven performance as a bank leader. This individual will be responsible for overall leadership and management of bank performance, including direct responsibility for commercial lending and credit, as well as collaborative responsibility for retail and private banking. The qualified individual must also lead the bank team to perform at a high level related to overall delivery of sales and service, expense and credit controls, demonstrate community leadership, and meet financial and compliance standards. This position works with all levels within the organization and builds strong working relationships.
