Job Description
First National Bank of Moose Lake, a locally owned community bank established in 1919, is looking for a Senior Commercial Loan Officer to join our motivated team with opportunities for advancement. Our Bank is dedicated to our area communities with $125 million in assets located an hour and half north of the Twin Cities with many lakes, trails, and outdoor recreation possibilities.

The Senior Commercial Loan Officer is responsible for generating, negotiating, underwriting, and coordinating the closing of commercial and consumer loans. The Senior Commercial Loan Officer will also be responsible for the credit decisions, overall credit quality, and interest and fee income.

In addition, this position is responsible for helping attract new customers and deepen relationships with existing customers. This will be accomplished through active involvement in the community and through participation in the bank's customer service culture.

Education & Experience
The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong desire for building customer relationships with a go-giver mindset and involvement in our local communities; Associates degree in accounting, finance, business management, or related field with five to seven years of experience in lending, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
