First Farmers &Merchants Bank in Luverne MN is looking for its next Branch Manager /Branch President. Thesuccessful applicant will be responsible for daily operations of the branch to improve profitability and growth. Theywill review and direct the lending function of branch personnel, in addition to managing loan and depositrelationships with major customers, participate in the ALCO function, and ensure compliance and adherence with allregulatory statutes. They will be a part of the annual budgeting, monitoring financial results, providing direction anddecision making for the lending function. They will also be responsible for the success and growth of their ownpersonal loan portfolio. Emphasis on this market is Ag Lending. Currently looking to assume management ofapproximately 50 relationships with a $32 Million portfolio. Responsible for promoting business development byestablishing and maintaining relations with businesses, community and governmental agencies.
Education & Experience
A Bachelor's degree from a four-year college, or university or 5-7 years of related experience and/or training is required.
