Job Description
Peoples State Bank has an immediate opening for a Commercial/Ag Credit Officer in our Altura MN Branch. This position will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-quality account relationships with commercial, agricultural and consumer customers while adhering to bank’s loan policy, and state and federal regulations. The position will report directly to the Chief Credit Officer.

Qualifications:
Position requires a team player with excellent and effective personal skills, strong written and oral communications skills and strong customer service skills. Must be able to interact with co-workers and the general public in a professional manner and maintain respect and confidentiality regarding client’s financial information. Community committed is a must.
Education & Experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field
  • A minimum of 3 years of previous banking and or commercial, ag or consumer banking experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with computer literacy in Windows, Word and Excel
  • Highly motivated and able to work with minimal direction
  • Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organization
