Loading Retail Delivery Support Coordinator (RDSC) Loading Unity Bank Loading PO Box 280 Red Lake Falls, MN 56750-0280 Job Description Loading The RDSC is responsible for delivering exceptional internal and external customer service. This position will work collaboratively with retail deposit staff to ensure compliance to regulations and Unity’s policies and procedures. In addition, the RDSC will provide ongoing coaching and training for retail staff. Ensures the operational and technological requirements of Retail Banking are optimized by identifying, recommending, and implementing process and technology improvements. Works with retail staff and delivers training to ensure retail processes are compliant. Assists in the oversight of requirements for the retail branch network by directly and indirectly working with staff to ensure procedures are properly followed. Assists with the communication and implementation of any new retail procedures. Performs assigned teller audits. Acts as an administrator for retail delivery applications. Develops and maintains knowledge of regulatory, compliance, and internal audit/control requirements. Assists with the planning and delivery of retail training and development programs. Provides innovative technical and practical problem solving and specialized services to Bank management and staff. Assists with the coaching and development of retail staff. Assists with initial and ongoing training of retail staff in assigned regional locations. Education & Experience Loading Experience Required/Preferred: High school diploma required Five years banking and management experience preferred Analytical knowledge/experience preferred Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. Travel: This job is expected to travel to/from branch locations across the footprint periodically.
