We have an opening for a Commercial Lender role.
Develops and maintains quality commercial loan portfolio with an emphasis in small business lending, including SBA and C&I products. Maintains knowledge of various lending programs available for small businesses including SBA product line and SOP. Provides high level of customer service and builds strong banking relationships. Develops internal and external referral sources. Generates loan volume and fee income according to annual budget and goals. Active participant in loan committee and community organizations. Monitors portfolio quality, account relationships, and incoming financial statements. Participates in work out activity when necessary. Ensures compliance to policy, approval guidelines and bank regulations.
