Job Description
This position performs a variety of functions associated with the origination of new clients, accounts, and loans, and servicing of existing clients, accounts, and loans. The primary focus is loan documentation and business services review with a secondary focus on deposit account review.

Job Accountabilities

  • Review and quality control Business Services documentation and file maintenance
  • Work collaboratively with Business Services department to establish review standards
  • Create and manage Business Services review processes and procedures
  • Review Business Services onboarding and maintenance through Access Manager, Commercial Center, and OnBoard
  • Review and quality control loan related documentation
  • Review and quality control deposit account documentation
  • Create and manage document exceptions
  • Monitor missing document exceptions
  • Monitor shared team email account
  • Serve as backup for new account review
  • Serve as backup for IRA documentation review
  • Maintain knowledge of document standards
  • Maintain knowledge of Bridgewater Bank's products and services
Education & Experience
  • Bachelor's Degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Proficiency in Windows-based PC skills and Microsoft Office required
  • Experience with AccuSystems or other document management software preferred
  • 1-2 years of operations and/or loan processing experience preferred
  • 1-3 years of banking experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail required
  • Ability to multi-task and utilize multiple systems within the bank
  • Outstanding teamwork and communication skills
