Job Description
The Client Services Manager is responsible for the overall management and coordination of the advisor support team and branch operations.
  • Responsible for the accuracy of account transactions and advisor support.
  • Supervising and leading the Financial Associates as they support the advisors in enhancing existing relationships and develop new consumer business opportunities.
  • Mentor and coach to ensure Financial Associates execute on the delivery of comprehensive financial services to Alerus consumer and business clients.
  • Oversees and ensures the daily operations of the branch the teller & reception areas are operating effectively and efficiently.
  • Leading, coordinating, and tracking the efforts of the Financial Associates as they work with a team of experts to execute on our client needs.
  • Oversee the day to day activities, workflow, and procedures of the branch.
  • Ensure that Advisor Support teams are adequately trained, have clear expectations of job function and performing at an acceptable level.
  • Assist with timely resolution of escalated client issues.
  • Work closely with market leadership to support client segmentation and delivery strategy and work with other areas to ensure a great experience for our clients.
Education & Experience
  • 7+ years of client service experience accountability with financial services industry.
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or a business related field or any equivalent combination of experience and training that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
  • Managerial/supervisory experience with strong leadership skills.
  • Computer experience, proficient in Microsoft Office applications
