Job Description
Responsible for supervision, daily direction and performance of a wide variety of operational and core banking system functions within Crown Bank. This position ensures the timeliness and accuracy of all operation functions.

Major Responsibilities (specific tasks include but are not limited to):

  • Oversee backroom operations of the bank
  • Review G/L and Application balance daily and work exceptions
  • Ensure proper policies, procedures and internal controls are in place and followed for the following areas: Core system recordkeeping and account maintenance, large items, unposted items, and incoming returns, ACH processing, and wire transfer processing.
  • Balance and monitor specific internal bank accounts Responsible for the Bank’s daily settlement process
  • Provide staff support for Fiserv, EzTeller, Deposit Pro, Laserfiche
  • Responsible for doing all form updates
  • Maintain daily, weekly and monthly reports through Laserfiche Assist with creating, providing and maintaining customer and standardized system reports
  • Plan, schedule and coordinate department work activities so that daily and month-end processing completed timely, cost effectively and efficiently.
Education & Experience
  1. Thorough knowledge of bank environment operations and procedures.
  2. Strong working knowledge of Fiserv, EZTeller, Deposit Pro, Laserfiche, FixM, etc.
  3. Four-year college degree (preferred) or a minimum of 5 years banking and supervisory experience.
  4. Ability to deal effectively and tactfully with both internal and external customers.
  5. Detail oriented, high level of accuracy, problem solving abilities, and strong mathematical and analytical skills.
  6. Ability to lead others in an effective and impactful way.
  7. Possess strong written and oral communication skills.
  8. Ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
  9. Forward thinker that proactively and strategically addresses potential operational issues, regulatory changes and product & process enhancements.
