Responsible for sales and support of products & services offered and developed; relationship management strategies; and delivery of customer service standards. Provides high level experience and technical knowledge for customers and team. Works closely with other Sales Leaders, Commercial Lending team, and retail bankers to expand banking relationships and achieve bank goals. Coordinates with Bank Operations & Technology team to ensure product and service delivery are addressed in an effective manner. Performs risk management requirements and leadership during audits and exams.
