Stearns Bank N.A. has a great job opportunity for a Finance & Liquidity Officer. Position is responsible for reviewing, recommending, reporting on, and analyzing balance sheet and income strategies and managing and mitigating interest rate risk and liquidity. This Officer will assist with budgeting and managing funding commitments, identifying and evaluating unexpected funding volatility, forecasting and reporting on runoff, and administrating and analyzing investments, and benchmarking profitability budgets and IRR models. This Officer also will prepare and aggregate the data and financial metrics for asset and liability reports and ALCO committee, as well as other financial reports and liquidity analysis requested for Board of Directors, Call Reports, auditors and examiners, and other regulatory, financial, and operational reporting.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in finance, accounting, economics or related. Strong finance skills and knowledge required, with at least 4+ years direct experience in and responsibility for treasury and funding management, budgeting and forecasting funds availability and demands, balance sheet management, asset & liability management, interest rate risk analysis and liquidity management, investment portfolio management, and profitability reporting and ratio analysis.
