- At least a bachelor’s degree in business or banking related area (or equivalent experience), graduate school of banking education preferred
- At least 10 years of senior management experience in at least two major areas of banking (lending, deposits, operations, etc.)
- A passion and an aptitude for small-town community banking are essential
- Proficiency with core banking systems (Fiserv Cleartouch or similar) and strong Excel skills
