About
At Bridgewater Bank, we envision a world where banking looks a little different. It boils down to our desire to be an unconventional bank. We know that this industry doesn’t have to be monotonous. We shouldn’t be robot bankers. As a team, we’ve quietly grown this bank into one of Minnesota’s largest and have attracted a loyal following along every step of the way. We’ve disrupted what banking looks like in the Twin Cities, and we have the opportunity to positively impact our clients and their businesses each day. In March of 2018, Bridgewater (BWB) went public, the first bank in the Twin Cities to go public in 25 years. If you join the Bridgewater team, you’ll quickly be surrounded by remarkable and nimble people who want to redefine what it means to work in banking. To each of us, this is more than a workplace – it’s a sense of community. This place is lively, engaging and evokes a sense of pride.
