Profinium has an opportunity for an experienced Vice President of Agriculture & Business Banking in our Martin County market.

This position is responsible for retaining, expanding and attracting clients with an existing business/agricultural loan portfolio with responsibility to generate high quality new loan and deposit services relationships for the bank. Within the portfolio managed, the incumbent will be responsible for credit decisions (within authority guidelines), overall credit quality, fee income, and the goal of helping each client meet the objectives of their personal and professional full financial health with the promotion of Profinium Wealth Planning (Trust and Investments Services), Profinium Mortgage, and Profinium Insurance.

• Four-year degree in business administration or related field.
• Three to Five years’ experience in lending in a community bank.
• Mastered knowledge of related state and federal banking compliance regulations, and other organization operational policies and ability to work well with regulatory agency personnel.
• Mastered knowledge of general accounting, budgeting, and related accounting and recordkeeping systems in a financial institution.
• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands to type, carry, handle and feel objects; reach with hands and arms; talk or hear. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and more with assistance. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.
