This position will require travel to member bank locations within Minnesota and one location in Wisconsin. This individual will serve as the compliance and training resource to assigned affiliate banks providing direction on regulatory compliance to insure optimal results from both internal and external examinations. The individual will report to the Vice President/Director of Compliance. The ideal candidate will possess extensive ability to read, analyze and interpret government regulations, trade journals and legal documents. Education & Experience Loading The preferred qualified individual will have a minimum of 5 years of compliance related (either bank or regulatory) experience and a bachelor’s degree in the area of finance or business administration.
