Job Description
First Minnesota Bank is a Community Bank based in Minnetonka, Minnesota with 11 locations. Our Glencoe, MN branch has an opening for a Branch Manager who is also an experienced Commercial/Ag Lender. Successful candidate will have demonstrated experience in business development in rural communities with three to five years minimum experience in agricultural and commercial lending. Assesses, structures, negotiates, and administers commercial credit to businesses as well as agricultural loans or lines of credit to agricultural businesses in order to manage and grow a high quality loan portfolio. Must be well informed on government programs for agriculture. Provides effective customer service and quality improvement. Improves staff performance through coaching, monitoring, reinforcing and other staff development techniques. Manages the Bank as a profit center. Must have superior interpersonal and communication skills. Must be licensed or able to be licensed with NMLS.
