Northeast Bank has a great opportunity for a hard working individual to join our team as a full time Relationship Banker II at our northeast Minneapolis office. We are a premier, family-owned community bank that diligently works to meet the needs of the community we serve. In this position, you will be responsible for offering a full range of banking services to individual and business customers, with emphasis on consumer loans (including HELOCS), deposit accounts and fee-based services. You will meet with existing customers and prospects to discuss needs and identify/recommend products and solutions to meet those needs. You will have the opportunity to be a part of a team that strives to build relationships with our customers by advocating for them and becoming their trusted financial partner. Education & Experience
Qualified candidates should have excellent customer service skills, 2-3 years consumer lending experience, and 3-5 years retail banking experience. This position requires a high school diploma but prefers a bachelor’s degree in business or other related field.
