Job Description
We have an opening in our Retail Banking Department for a Retail Branch Administration and Training position who will work with the VP Retail Banking Manager to develop, continuously improve, implement, and coordinate, retail banking policies, processes, and administrative routines. Maintains and provides an updated, high-quality, retail staff training program and training experience. Implements branch administration routines and ensures quality, efficient, consistent branch experiences – for staff and customers. Works with Lead Tellers to coordinate coverage as needed and provides backup for retail positions when necessary.
Education & Experience
5-7 years banking experience with a minimum of 5 years in personal banker and teller services. Fiserv platform experience preferred. Ability to provide one on one and small group training sessions and materials. Travel between branches required. Office setting with standard physical requirements of routine administrative work, technology usage, and direct customer service and employee communication abilities.
